Drawing on the inspiration of doing the Meet Me at the Race Riot zine event, I decided to teach everyone in the world how to make a micro-mini zine - otherwise known as a 16-page mini booklet made out of one sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Enjoy!

The Sallie Bingham Center for Women's History and Culture, part of the David M. Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library at Duke University, announces the availability of Mary Lily Research Grants for research travel to their collections.

You know that feeling you get on your birthday when you're seven years old and there's a giant wrapped gift box waiting for you when you wake up? That sweet mixture of excitement, nervousness, and curiosity about what amazing things you're going to find inside? That's how I felt when I opened this donation from A.j. Michel (whose website you can access by clicking her name!). There are 77 new zines waiting to enter our lovely collection… one might say we have "zines for days" here at the Barnard Library. Here are the highlights:
